2. Business format

3. Opening a bank account

4. Register your company and manage your staff
You need to register your business and obtain a business number, which also serves as your VAT and social security number, from the Central Bank of Enterprises. You can do all this through an enterprise counter or a one-stop shop. These business counters are often affiliated to social secretariats. Take advantage of this to carry out the formalities for your self-employed contributions and for the salary management of your staff.

5. Calculate the accounting
To manage your accounts, you will need to call on the services of an accountant who will, among other things, take care of the closing of your accounts, your VAT returns and balance sheets. 6. Insure your company and your employees
For insurance, you can in some cases take out insurance directly with the insurance companies or you can work with an insurance broker who will negotiate insurance contracts for you and take care of the day-to-day management of your insurance.
